A Touch of Wellness
Located in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, I offer Therapeutic Massage in the serene setting of the Natural Healing Arts Wellness Center. I provide Therapeutic Massage that is customized to the needs of my clients. A typical session might include CranioSacral, Myofascia and Muscle Therapy. I draw from a wide variety of other techniques as needed. Music and aromatherapy can be added at the request of the client.
The 60 minute general massage is recommended for stress reduction and relaxation. The 90 minute deep work is more appropriate for those with chronic pain or previous injuries as well as those active in sports. The 30 - 45 minute focused sessions are for those who have received a full session and then want to schedule more frequent visits to address specific problem areas. Sessions, however, can be of any length provided that the required time is specified when the appointment is made.
